Terms and Conditions

Orders must be made 3 days in advance.

All food items are subject to availability. We will call to confirm if selection is unavailable.
Payment is by cash or cheque upon delivery. If you do not receive confirmation of your order 48 hours prior to your event, please email us at sales@halalcatering-singapore.com or call us at our hotline at the number shown at the top of the website.

Delivery charges will apply as follows:

For Buffet Meals & Tea & Set/ Reception (Warmers come free of charge):
Up to $800: $50 for delivery and setup
Above $800: FREE delivery and setup

For Mini Buffet & Bento Meals:
Up to 59pax: $30 for delivery
60 pax and above: $20 for delivery
80 pax and above: $10 for delivery
100 pax and above: FREE delivery

For Nasi Lemak Meals:
Refer to Nasi Lemak Order form
Early Morning Delivery Surcharges will apply as follows:
(On top of regular set-up / transport charge for buffet)
** Food to be delivered before 7:00am Buffet $50 Bento / Packed Meals $40
** Food to be delivered between 7:30am – 8:30am Buffet $50 Bento / Packed Meals $25
** Food to be delivered between 8:30am – 9:30am Buffet $30 Bento / Packed Meals $15

Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holiday Surcharges are $2 per pax.
Special: Deliveries to Jurong Island costs $60.

Cancellation or any changes must be made at least 3 days in advance. Cancellation charges will be levied at 30% of total amount if notice is given less than 5 days in advance, 50% if notice is given in less than 72 hours in advance, and 100% of total amount if notice is given less than 48 hours in advance. For any changes in number of pax after 12pm on the day before the event, a 20% charge on the reduction bill will be incurred. In the event of inavailability of goods, or that we are unable to deliver within the agreed time frame, we will refund the full amount paid.
Confirmation of Order and details of order must be done 3 days prior to the event and no adjustments will be allowed thereafter. We will send an electronic acknowledgement or contact the customer via phone within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, we will contact the customer to inform them.
Exchange & Refunds
All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Warranty of Goods and Services
All our products are warranted to last for 3 hours upon delivery under fair weather conditions, unless otherwise stated.

IMPORTANT: All buffet collections will be done 3 hours upon delivery/ after set up. Collections after 11pm will incur a surcharge of $40, with additional $20 per hour thereafter. For overnight collections, a further $50 will be incurred on top of any other collection charges.
