How many days advance notice needed to order?

All orders need to be made 3 days in advance.


Is there a hotline I can call?

Yes! You can call our hotline at the number shown at the top of the website.


How will my orders be fulfilled? What form of payment do you accept?

We want to make it quick and convenient for our clients. Simply fill up our online forms, wait for our call to confirm your details and your order, then make payment upon delivery. Cash on Delivery or company cheques are acceptable. Payment details will follow upon confirmation of Acceptance of Order.


Do you offer VEGETARIAN selections?

Yes, definitely. Just indicate your special requests on our online forms and we will propose something special for your guests.


Can I request for more/ less spicy food?

Yes, just let us know your preferences in your online order form.


How long will you take to reply my submitted online form?

We will always do our best to reply you as soon as possible and preferably within half a day.


Are you MUIS certified?

Yes, we are proudly MUIS certified, on top of being HACCP certified!


Is your cook a Muslim?

Yes! We have a Muslim kitchen and our cook is Muslim as well, to ensure fully Halal prepared food for you and your guests.


Do you charge for delivery?

Yes. For free delivery, a minimum quota needs to be met. Minimum orders differ from menu to menu. See next question below for more details.


Are there any other charges other than the ones indicated in the menu?

All prices indicated in the menu do not include delivery charges.

For Buffet Meals & Tea Set/ Reception (Warmers come free of charge):
Up to $800: $50 for delivery and setup
Above $800: FREE delivery and setup

For Mini Buffet & Bento Meals:
Up to 59pax: $30 for delivery
60pax and above: $20 for delivery
80pax and above: $10 for delivery
100pax and above: FREE delivery

For Nasi Lemak Meals:
Refer to Nasi Lemak Order Form

Early Morning Delivery Surcharges will apply as follows:
(On top of regular set-up / transport charge for buffet)
** Food to be delivered before 7:00am Buffet $50 Bento / Packed Meals $40
** Food to be delivered between 7:30am – 8:30am Buffet $50 Bento / Packed Meals $25
** Food to be delivered between 8:30am – 9:30am Buffet $30 Bento / Packed Meals $15

Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holiday Surcharges are $2 per pax.

Special: Deliveries to Jurong Island costs $70.


Do you supply warmers?

Warmers are supplied for all buffet meals free of charge. Please note that Mini Buffet does not require setup or warmers as they come in disposable aluminium trays.


What if I have to change my order details or cancel my order?

We appreciate that you plan properly in advance. All order details should be finalised 5 days in advance with no changes thereafter. For cancellations less than 5 days, the charges can be found in the Terms and Conditions page.


Can I negotiate a different menu and price?

Yes! We allow customised menus for per pax orders above $20. Call and tell us what you need/ prefer and we will do what we can for you.
