What does Halal Certified mean?
Halal Certified means that our food is prepared according to strict Islamic laws and can be consumed by Muslims. Meat that are Halal must be slaughtered according to Islamic guidelines and bought at an authorised Muslim butchery.
Who awards Halal Cartification in Singapore?
Halal Cartification in Singapore is awarded by the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS).
What does HACCP Certified mean?
HACCP Certified means that throughout the different stages of preparation, our food is monitored to ensure they are safe for consumption thus protecting public health.
HACCP ensures that:
– Critical points in our food process and preparation are identified and monitored.
– Corrective action plans are established and executed in the event of a deviation.
– Our food preparations are documented throughout for recordkeeping.
– Establishing standard operating procedures to ensure quality is maintained.

HACCP is an initiative by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). HACCP is internationally recognised and highly regarded in the food industry.
Why HACCP? What does it mean to our customers?
As the use of HACCP is still not mandatory in Singapore, not all companies have HACCP Certification. This is an initiative to ensure that our valued customers are provided with the highest standard of food quality possible.
